RETURNS AND REFUNDS
The Customer, as stated in Article 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, then amended by D.Lgs. 21/2014, from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to give reasons and without penalty, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the products.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send privatesensation.com a communication within the terms indicated to the email address info@privatesensation.com and send, at his own expense and using the courier he prefers, the products to privatesensation.com within 14 (fourteen) days from the withdrawal itself, to the address that will be communicated in the email.
Alternatively, you may ask customer service, after fixing the day, for pickup by one of our couriers. For the withdrawal there will be a reversal of € 8.00 from the amount paid by the customer.
The goods must be returned undamaged, complete with all its parts and in the original packaging.
Privatesensation.com does not allow partial returns, so the right of withdrawal may apply to the product purchased in its entirety.
In case of damage to the goods during transport, privatesensation.com will notify the customer, so that he can file a timely complaint against the carrier of his choice and obtain reimbursement; in these cases the product will be returned to the customer, against whom the request for withdrawal will be canceled.
The company privatesensation.com will not respond in case of damage, theft, loss occurred during shipment for the return.
The company privatesensation.com will refund the customer the full amount already paid within 14 (fourteen) days after the withdrawal only after the object is returned to the premises through the procedure of transfer of the amount charged, using the same means of payment used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed. In any case, the Customer will not incur any costs as a consequence of said refund.
In any case, the customer will forfeit the right of withdrawal in cases where the company privatesensation.com ascertains that:
- the returned product is not intact;
- the product is missing its outer packaging and / or the original inner packaging;
RETURNED PRODUCTS DUE TO CUSTOMER ERROR.
If the customer has realized that he/she has purchased a product in error and wishes to exchange it, he/she may make a request to customer service by contacting 3516705159 or by sending an email to info@privatesensation.com no later than 14 days.
After ascertaining, by sending photos and videos, the integrity of the product, the logistics department may agree to the exchange of the product by payment of €10.00, which corresponds to the payment of the costs of collecting the item and shipping the new one.
RETURN PRODUCTS DUE TO SHIPPER ERROR.
In case the customer receives a product different from the purchased one, he/she can make a request to the customer service department by contacting +39 3516705159 or by sending an email to info@privatesensation.com no later than 14 days, sending photos of the received product.
In case of an error caused by the administration or warehouse department, customer service will ship the correct product actually purchased by the customer and pick up the wrong product, without charging any cost to the customer.
